How do I pair with the other person?
Each ListDuet account starts on its own. To share, open Settings → Pairing on one phone and generate an invite code, then enter that code on the second phone. Once paired, your notes and lists are shared between the two of you. A space holds two people.
How does syncing work?
When the app is open, changes you make are sent to our server and picked up by the other person's phone automatically. Edits made while you're offline are saved on your device and sync the next time you're connected and the app is open.
Can I keep something private?
Yes. Any note, list, or folder can be marked private — it stays visible only to you, never to the person you're paired with. Private items still sync across your own devices. Everything else is shared by default.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your account and sign-in credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
